Hi All
I just picked up a new Plasma 42" tv and and the first flick I brock it in with was 20.000 leagues under the sea. Question! Can any one explain how they worked the two hose regulator into the diving helmets used in the production of that film.
Thanks
Ron

Ron, Dan has this link in the vintage photos department: www.vulcaniasubmarine.com/I think they explain on one of the pages the diving suit, and perhaps the helmet configuration too. I found the pages that describe the Nemo Helmet: www.vulcaniasubmarine.com/NEMO%20II.htmThat doesn't really describe how the regulator fits into it though. I'll look closer later. John

Thanks SeaRat
I've wondered how they did that.

I have an LCD flat panel TV/monitor, I could not deal with all the plasma issues. Try your SeaHunts on your plasma or other B&W. I have an upscaling DVD player that simulates HDTV (under 150 dollars now or even much less) and when I run the SeaHunts, that panachrome B&W looks awesome on the wide screen (stretch mode) in HD. The B&W takes on an almost silvery appearence like good B&W photos. Nemrod

Hi
I know what you mean, but I had to buy it for the family not me alone. My buddy has a Panasonic wide screen projector and SeaHunt on the side of the barn is awsome.

Hi While trying to find out the answeres to my question, I came across this great web site dedicated to the Nautilus. I was amazed at the links section to find so many dedicated site. www.disneysub.com/Articles.htmlRon Ron, That website is O.K. for toys and trivia, but if you want the real thing the man to see is Pat Regan at Vulcania Submarine. He built a working Nautilus submarine and working copies of the diving suits. I'm on Oahu and he's on the Big Island but we've exchanged email. I hear he has a few suits now and one of these days I want to dive one. He was always very helpful when I had questions. You can contact him through his website. www.vulcaniasubmarine.com/Ross Donato Ewa Beach
