Hey, Same to you Jerry. You'll have snow long before me!! The tanks are in Madison at the Hydro place. I'll know more next week. I have a line on a set of Scubapro 50 steels. I'm gonna check on them here next week.

Ok here's the update on the tanks. All five... Yes, all five passed hydro. My 72 steels and 50cf steels. They all got tumbled and one of the 72's has pitting on the interior, so the dive shop said they wouldn't fill it. I just said ok. I'm putting the 72's together today, and I put the 50's together. The manifold on the 50's leaked at the J-valve, so the guy put something, I'm not sure what, in the manifold. It doesn't leak anymore, but I think he put the J-valve deal in upside down. Here's what happened. He filled the tanks with the J-valve down. They held air nicely. Before I left, I flipped the J-valve up, and heard air inside the tanks move around. I was so tired of going back to the dive shop I didn't tell him anything, I just said, ok it's fine just to get out of there. I'll fix the thing myself if it won't work. But I think it's just upside down which is fine with me and I'll keep it that way. I think there is a thread somewhere that the USN did the same thing. ?? I'm not bringing them back, I'd rather have Sea Hunt Jerry look at them and fix them up. All the burst discs were replaced, so I have two of the very old ones if anyone wants them. They have the lead blob in the center and are from 1955 tanks USD Manifold. Gayle
