Does anyone know what years the DACOR 950 1st Stage and PACER XL & XLE 2nd Stages were manufactured?

I bought my 960 (IIRC, 950 was also a model then with the 960 adding a turret) in 1988. The Pacer XL & XLE 2nd's were the options then.
Didn't get the second stage as I owned a pair of SP109/156 stages I picked up at a garage sale.
TurboFlex fins, SeaChute BC, and Vista mask..... Still have them.

Thanks for the information on the DACOR 950/960.
Do you know what the difference is between a PACER XL and PACER XLE?

Frank, I'm not sure, but I think the difference between the Pace XL and the Pacer XLE is the exhaust, which I believe is larger in the XLE.

John (SeaRat), thanks for the idea about the exhaust.
John (regulator68bj), do you have the diagram(s) for the various Pacer 2nd Stages (XL,XLE,Ice Pro) that went with the DACOR 950?
Has anyone heard of a Pacer XLT 2nd Stage?
Also, does anyone have any information about the DACOR 960?

Frank, I think Sitka Dave has a 960: he pops in every once in a while...

Frank,
I do have a 2nd stage diaphragm for a Pacer XL. If you need it, send me your address and I'll drop it the mail this week.
I also 2 first stages: a 360 and a 950(?)( looks just like the one in Johns photos) and has the smaller yoke knob. The reg breathes very well and I enjoy diving it. With a little patience I've been able to get that thing breathing like a dream. It's really a nice reg.
This was also during the time when Dacor had the purge button depressor, but I'm not at all familiar with the changes that happened in their catalog. The Pacer XL, XLE and XLT all look very similar, but I have no idea what the subtle differences are. Hopefully, someone who was in the dive shop business in the late 80's can chime in and clear things up.

Frank, Found drawings of the requested 2nd stages in part, have no drawings on my files for the XL second stage but did come across a reference to an article in "Skin Diver Mag" dated September 1982 which featured the "950 XL regulator maybe someone has that issue and will help fill the gap.

Does anyone have information about the DACOR SPG with an LCD display? i.e. User Manual, Service Manual, old advertisements and so on...
I have read that this console had a Bottom Timer. I wonder if that is what the LCD display is for.

What is the correct way to add a photo (61k .JPG file) to these messages?
I used Drag and Drop. I could see the photo in the message. But after I submitted the message, the photo was replaced by a whole bunch of "code".
I deleted the "code" and then tried to use the "Attachment" button several times. I kept getting an error message about exceeding the size limit for this message. I am surprised that the photo was rejected as it is only 61k.

Frank, what I usually do is right click, "view image", then, up in the URL-box where it says "http://blah-blah-blah.html" grab that, copy it, or, "Ctrl+C" then do a paste, or "Ctrl+V". In front of what you just pasted type [ img ] then at the end [/img] with no spaces between the code!!!!!!!! I had to add spaces between the "[" and the "img" so that you can see it, this is VERY basic html...
Hope that helped, Jaybird
