I thought XLTs were Chevy's and well, we all remember the Pacer. Sorry, Couldn't help it. I had similar problems attaching a photo tilI put everything on a host sight then copied it over. I use photobucket and it seems to work OK. I haven't seen your photos, so did you get it worked out? If not, check out photobucket. Don

It would not surprise me if that is where they got the idea to call it an XLT. Probably, some engineer looked out the window one day and saw one going by and thought "That's a cool logo on that Chevy'. But don't knock the Pacer. It was just a "car ahead of it's time'.
No I haven't posted the photos. Other things have pushed that SCUBA project to the sidelines.
Thanks for the follow-up.

The The adjustment for the XL was done by removing the front cover removing the diaphram the leaver and the seat then adjusting the stop in the inlet tube.then rebuilding again to test operation. The second stage should just barely seep when the second stage was submerged in water (purge button down) to the band clamp that held the regulator together The XLE second stage had a plug on the side you could take out to fine tune the second stage. The XLT had a knob which was for the same purpose. I liked the XLE second stage for the best adjusting. There was also an XLP which just had a plastic front. The XLT was a pain as people would play too much with the knob and complain of hard breathing or freeflowing. As anybody with under ice experience can tell you a small freeflow will likely turn into a large freeflow. In my opinion the XLE was the best second stage available at that time. I still have 5. 2 are mounted in Cressi Sub full face masks 2 are octopuses and 1 is a summer primary if it is too hot for my full face. I am Canadian!!!
