Well I just recently completed the work I was doing on that Cornelius compressor I picked up this winter, and I'm quite pleased with it. Many THANKS to all of you who offered some very helpful advice; it was a great help and very much appreciated. I took some pictures yesterday and I've tried to get them posted but I've had trouble getting them to show up. Anyway; lets see if I can get one or two to come up this time. Terry

Very nice, Terry. 'Hope you're not using it in your living room though. John

Thanks for your comments Guy's. As for the compressor being in the living room; taking pictures of it - OK ; running it in the living room to fill tanks - not OK I'm thinking my better half would have some comments and opinions on that one. Thanks Eben for posting those other pics I sent you. Terry

Now you've inspired me to get to work on the Cornelius I have sitting in a box in my garage. True story: When I was in high school a kid we referred to as "Crazy john" borrowed a friend's Cornelius compressor to fill tanks. Had it in his dad's garage. Hot Summer night, late, too noisy, his bedroom window open and close. So..... he put a blanket over it so he could get some sleep. Nearly burned his dad's garage down, not to mention damaging the 4 or 5 tanks he had sitting nearby.

That's quite a story sidm; I got quite a laugh out of it. Now; go out to that garage, and go get that compressor out of the box. C'mon; we're all waiting to here how your project turns out. Thanks for your comments! Terry
