He also has posted stuff about Hurricane Bay in Lake Tahoe. Last time we went to Lake Tahoe, we was going to dive on the "Alley Cat"; but, there was water skiers going almost up to the shore line. Boats in the water, I can handle; water skiers? well they sometimes can't control what they run into ....
I think he owns, or owned, a scuba store in, or around, Reno, Nevada ...

The last time I dove Lake Tahoe was with Daniel Lenahan and Larry Murphy after the High Altitude Diving Conference in the 1970s. It was a great dive. The above blog was not as bad as I had imagined, but you know what happens with imagination, especially just before dinner. Dan became a noted underwater archeologist who wrote Submerged: Adventures of America's Most Elite Underwater Archeology Team. John
