On 9/11/15 I was fortunate to dive on a wreck on the backside of Catalina Island. I spent two days diving double hose w/ another DH fanatic George Austin from Los Angeles. We dove on the dive boat Sundiver Express and got to dive the wreck "Midnight Hour." It was a commercial squid boat that sunk in 2011. Because of El Nino current, we had 72 degree surface temp water and I dove w/ only my wetsuit top on the second day. George & I were using our DA Phoenix regs both days and had 60-70' vis. It was a dream dive trip for sure. Anyway I made a short video on the Midnight Hour dive. I had fun watching George swim around the Tech divers as he was only using minimum DH gear w/o a BC.....cool.

I think that is neat. It is funny how others look at you with that DH reg. and they are all geared up side mounts and all. I love DH diving.

Jerry, You all should've invited me ... I would've went! I've only dove the river once this year ... spent the diving season moving. You should check out where I moved to ... it's a great fishing spot! www.woodsonbridgervpark.com/I told Andrew to think of it as camping every day for the rest of our lives .... Robert
