Every once in a while someone PM's about help with Sportsways/Waterlung diaphragms and their replacement. For the second generation there is a modern replacement that can be found on eBait: I mention this because the very first generation were tilt-valved and the inside raised exhaust gets in the way of the flange of the newer replacement: I hope this helps! Jaybird EDIT: I didn't mic. these, I used a ruler but I am super close if not exact!

I should also mention the generic is a tight fit, again the flange, but with some strong fingers/perserverance you can get the clamp back on.

I see Coral Sea Scuba has 75mm, but not 72s. I'll check with Margarita to see if she has any.

I see a 69mm diaphragm at Coral Sea: www.ebay.com/itm/121099986758My OEM diaphragm (nylon-impregnated neoprene) is 69mm, off one of my 4 Sport Diver regulators. They used two different diaphragms, the original nylon-impreganted neoprene and a totally neoprene diaphragm of the same diameter. The later works better on the Sport Diver and Navy Unit, as the former has a certain amount of deformation resistance, even if you work it over (flexing it) quite a bit. The more flexible neoprene diaphragm really helps the breathing of the tilt valve version, and makes the downstream balanced Sport Diver even better too. John

John, thanks for the input! I'll go back and change that image so that the middle one reads 69mm: again, I didn't have a mic, and my dyslexia can really play hell on my needing to count at times...

JB JB, I think they originally listed these as 2 3/4 inches, not 69mm. It was only recently* when a lot of manufacturing went overseas that we started using the metric units. John *Say, only two or so decades ago.
