200 psig oprv release. That's what I'll set it to, kew. That's not what Fred Roberts stated to do. Rather, he said to use a cylinder that was at 200 psig, I screw out the OPRV adjusting screw until it leaked, then tighten the OPRV's adjusting screw about a quarter turn. The reason for using a tank pressure at 200 psig is that with the unbalanced regulator, the interstage pressure varies with tank pressure. With the Duel Air, a tank pressure of 200 psig will represent this highest interstage pressure, and you want the OPRV to leak at a pressure above the highest interstage pressure. John

OK, I'll go back to what common sense dictates: a bit more than max IP. 160 ought to do it. Even 200 is fine since the hose can take more than that. We just don't want it to blow up!
