How about this guess;
Bonito fins are made by the company Barakuda and they are from Germany?

A very good guess indeed, JES! Germany is the country and Barakuda the manufacturer.
So that's two solved. Four to go now, three of them made in European countries other than Germany and Spain:
Clubmaster Continental Record Sea King

Just revisiting my question. Simonbeans got "Cortez" right. It's a full-foot fin made by Nemrod of Spain. There's a pair going on ebay, picture at www.home.earthlink.net/~63mdolphin/ebay/fins.jpgJES got "Bonito" right. It's a closed-toe full-foot fin made by Barakuda of Germany. The four remaining are: Clubmaster Continental Record Sea King Two of the models were made by prominent diving equipment companies still trading in Mediterranean European countries other than Spain. Two of the models were made in island countries, one of them by a diving equipment company that is still in business and the other by a non-European company that has since ceased trading. Hope these clues help a little.

William, if you would move your post and photo to a new thread of your own just on these, I think I can help identify two of them. Otherwise, I think there is still a trivia question being discussed here, though it's probably time to throw the towel in and get some answers so we can move on to the next question IMO.

> it's probably time to throw the towel in and get some answers so we can move on to the next question IMO.< As the question-setter, that gets my vote too. I'm not certain who the winner is between Simonbeans and JES, but as Simonbeans responded first, with fewer clues, getting two elements right, I'm inclined to let him have the floor next. Here are the answers: Bonito: Barakuda, Germany (JES came up with the right answer) Clubmaster: Typhoon, UK Continental: Turnbull, Australia Cortez: Nemrod, Spain (Simonbeans came up with the right answer as well as naming Italy as one of the countries) Record: Beuchat, France Sea King: Mares, Italy I was a little disappointed nobody got the last one. My clue was a link to an Italian language website where the fins were illustrated: www.bluocean.com/rubriche.asp?ID=2&ID2=9

Ok, here goes. In 1969 a cute little movie about living under the sea was made. Here is the synopsis: Tony Randall (SEND ME NO FLOWERS) and Janet Leigh (PSYCHO) helm this jaunty 1969 children's comedy about a family spending a month in a high-tech underwater house teeming with then-futuristic gadgets. They're prone to break into irrepressibly memorable songs like "Little Goldfish" and "Glub Glub Glub," and keep a dolphin and other assorted aquatic life around for lively company. It's a vintage '60s theatrical comedy in that the supporting cast of character actors must be experienced to be believed.
Question(s) 1. Name the movie. (It had two titles, your choice) 2. Name the producer. (He is very famous) 3. Bonus: Name another star in the movie who actually became one.
My wife actually bought a DVD of this movie for me a while ago. Diving was good and that was about it. Allan
