All, I'm about to publish my HOW-TO manual about HOMEBUILT SUBMARINES. This program will define how to design, build, and operate your own sub. I have a list on my website for people who might want a copy. There is no obligation in signing this list, it just lets me know how many people might be interested in the manual at this time. If you might be interested in purchasing such a manual, go to my website, access the MESSAGE BOARD, and post a reply containing your email and name under the thread "Who wants a HOW-TO MANUAL?" Again, there is no obligation. But when the manual becomes available this list will be used to determine who gets first dibs on a copy on a "first come - first served" basis. Even if you don't want the damn manual, go check out the website anyway! We got some new subs and diving gear there. ;-) Best regards, Pat Regan Vulcania Submarine, Hawaii www.vulcaniasubmarine.com

Hello, Pat.
I put my name on your list. I read somewhere about a guy who built a submarine out of a section of steel water pipe. It worked so well that he built more and started selling them to commercial dive companies.
If I ever build one I will have to paint it yellow.
