You have 2 options. The old school method requires you to get a banjo- an adapter that goes between the reg and the tank for a HP port and you will need a hookah port adapter to tap into the regs LP side. In addition, if you use the banjo, your reg MUST have a long yoke. The other option is to replace the first stage with a Phoenix nozzle. It gives you 3 HP and 3 LP ports. It is a drop in option and since there is no modification to the reg, it can be restored to original by simply replacing the old parts. All of these parts (reproductions) can be gotten from Vintage Double Hose including the long yoke (OEM).

OR... for the SPG you can get a tank valve that has a HP-port built into it: I know for certain USD, Healthways and Dacor all made these valves and are not hard to find.

Oh and here's your source for the hooka adapter: www.vintagescubasupply.com/hoses.htmlBanjo fittings can be hard to find and some of them aren't made as well as the others, and the long yoke can be just as hard to find... Jaybird

Banjos and long yokes are not a difficult to find, just do a search for them on VDH both are in stock and he also has used ones for a little less. The only issue with a banjo, other than needing a long yoke, that I am aware of is some European regs have a slightly larger diameter and will not fit the US banjo (and some US tanks). There is a European version of the banjo available that solves that problem.
The tank valves with HP ports will work but they come with their own problems, you have to find them, possibly rebuild them (parts are likely difficult to find) and unless you equip multiple tanks with them you are limited to one tank. If you do have more than one valve, then you also need more SPGs or swap SPG from tank to tank, to much of a PITA for me. Using the reg while traveling (renting tanks) is not possible using the valves. While I don't really care for the banjo, it is really the only viable solution esp if you want to use a lot of different tanks, rent tanks or travel and rent tanks.

I have my Royal Aqua Master setup as you describe. I use a banjo and a hooka port adaptor from VDH. The hooka port adaptor Dan has here on VSS uses a barb and hose clamp, while the adaptor from VDH is already machined for the standard 3/8 threads of an inflator hose. I've used a HP outlet on a few of my Dacor valves, but like Herman said, you're limited to only using those tanks and it isn't conducive to travel. The banjo that VDH sells is also machined for 3/8 threads, which means you can use a vintage SPG or you can add a 3/8 - 7/16 adaptor if you intend to use a modern HP hose. You can see the adaptor on my rig:

That is the same rig I use. If you don't know the difference in a long vs short yoke, look at the photo above. They are very easy to tell apart once you have seen both.
