John68, where ya been hide'n boy'o?
Huh, is it the goofy one with the twin-single stage? Dang, I've always wanted one of thems. I have one of the huge orange second stages. The weird first stage was abandoned for the same one ScubaPro used for the 105: I'm sure they were made by Sherwood because Tekna used them too...

From digging around the net it appears Techni-Pro was around mid 80's and short lived, I see they hired Peter Hughes as spokesperson. At least some of the regulators were made in Italy.
The Techni-Pro second stages I have seen look like several generic regulators from early to mid 80s. SeaPro, Z90, Parkway, and Prosub come to mind. In addition to the common/basic designs sold by these companies, there were some interesting regulators they had. The Command Air put out by Parkway and Pro Sub, and the Pro Sub Zepher are examples I think are quite interesting. I would not be surprised if Techni-Pro also put out a regulator or two beyond the basic model.
Nikeajax, if you are looking for the dual piston FSDS first stage used with the At-Pac I might have one in a few days. The Water Gill version was rather large and blocky, and would inflate the At-Pac after breathing stopped for a preset amount of time. If I am correct based on the photo from the listing, I will have the later version made under the SeaPro name that is more tubular and designed to inflate only when tank pressure drops below 300 PSI. I made the purchase for the second stage, and might be willing to sell the first stage since I don't have much reason to keep it.
I don't think Scubapro made a 105 regulator? However, I do see the 1967 catalog item# 105 is very early version MKV along with 108 second stage. I venture a guess the Scubapro first stage you reference would be the MK V design as it was made starting around 1980? That version of MK V design was used for the Water Gill FSDS 10 and by a number of other companies including Tekna.
I have a few photos related to this post, but can't seem to find a way to add them...
