Skip, I'm wondering if you can find something usable at the Dollar Store: my thought is that you should look for something made out of silicone there that will be wide enough for it, say, like in the cooking area?
Just a though bruddah,

So it's basically flat, and isn't formed except by use, like a DA HP diaphragm?

That might be a good place to start Jb thanks.
Phil I think it was flat and the distortion is from use and sitting. I have no idea when either of these regs were on a tank. Its much larger than a HP diaphragm from a DA. The hole in the center is 2" in diameter. The OD is about 3.25"

No, I wasn't thinking the DA part would fit. I was just saying that they are formed when you take them out after use, but started out flat. I was wondering if the original part was flat. That would make things much easier!

Skip, I'm wondering if a Healthways SH diaphragm will work for this project: I think they're even 3.25! JB

Sorry Phil I misunderstood, but I think it may have started out flat. Maybe, as JB suggested I can find something made of silicone. Worst case maybe I can find an old inner tube and use a piece of that.

JB- The only Healthways regs I have are single hose. If the diaphragm from one of those fits I can cannibalize one of them, I'll never dive them.

I played with the Northill a little today. I have a severely deformed DAAM diaphragm that I removed the metal plate from. Unfortunately I got a little over zealous cutting the center hole, I forgot the old adage "no mater how many times I cut it it's still too small" The USD diaphragm will work for an exhaust valve if I can cut it right.
