As mentioned before, I've been doing a ton of graphics for Phil, I ain't done yet, but he's been making me some parts for two of my projects. One of them is a very modified Dacor Olympic first stage that I will join to some C-3 Clipper cans, that I'm calling the Centaur from Greek mythology as it was two creatures joined together to make one. I just got the parts today, thanks PY Here's what I have so far: JB

Ya, I'm interested too.
Jaybird, are you planning on using the Clipper diaphragm? It should do a good job.

OK, I finally got the vane cut/ground out of the bottom can: I have to cut onto that section in order to place the new valve body. But before I cut I'm going to lower the deck of the can so as to raise its height for clearance and align the jet to the airhorn.

That's Herman's project DH regulator, the Derringer, which was the inspiration for my Dacor Olympic 2020. The site the above link comes from is this: seveke.de/tauchen/index.htmLothar has made some mods (Snark III, esp.) and some custom regulators that are very interesting to look over. He's figured out how to do pretty amazing stuff w/o having traditional machine tools. The German translations are a bit confusing, but decipherable.
