Hello, I just got back into diving after about a 20 year layoff. I got certified in my 20's and dove with my Navy buddies. Then I started having a family, we all went our separate ways and scuba took a back seat. I have an empty nest so I can get back into one of my favorite hobbies. By nature I like to tinker with things, and never thought it could apply to scuba. I started diving with some people here in Arizona that are tech divers and every kit is different. I bought some bungee cord, snap bolts, cave line, and have been setting up my kit the way I like it. I have about 60 dives so I am still a newbie. I ran across a guy the other day whose gear is so old it is vintage, but not maintained. So I found your forum and started reading. I am here just to learn and will probably ask some questions about a tank set the guy gave me. I scratch build my own RC planes, but piecing together my own life support equipment is quite different. I have enjoyed reading the forum so far. Thanks for letting me join the conversations. Rick

Hi Rick, Welcome! Always happy to see a new face. Post pics of your new [old] tank rig and one of us will either know what it is (or lie and say we do .
