My name is Vicky and I've been diving for about 20 years now. I'm a Canadian expat living in Dominican Republic.
While I'm way too young to have known the vintage era, I have a true fascination and burning passion for vintage dive gear. I like to create imagery featuring vintage dive equipment (although not historically accurate) and I'm heavily inspired by the work of Hapwater.
This is me:
I have just obtained my first double hose regulator, a DA Aquamaster with repro hoses and mouthpiece, and I absolutely love it. My reg of choice for diving is my beloved Dacor Pacer but I'm looking forward to start diving with my Aquamaster once I get the LP ports and SPG sorted out. I also have an old Healthways Scubair that I enjoy very much. Unbelievable how sturdy these things are.
I'm so grateful for this wonderful site and the vast wealth of information it contains! Thanks to this community I was able to learn so much about vintage gear and I'm looking forward to learning more.
