Got the Deluxe labels today! The color isn't perfect, but it's close enough. It should be a bit darker blue, but there is the aqua tint in the originals. Size is spot on.

Interestingly, and something I never noticed before, some Deluxes had the labels applied so the horns were spread far apart like the one above. Others were applied so the horns were closer together.
I have a super clean Deluxe with perfect labels that is numbered 4059 with the horns closer together. The one in the photo above was 4712. I put the labels in the exact orientation the originals were.
Huh. Wonder why....
I'd like to sell some of these to try to recoup the pretty expensive price tag for what turned out to be for one regulator. I had 3 Deluxes needing labels when I started out on this adventure, but sold two of them.
Anyone want some?

Wow those look great! Can you share a picture of that narrow horned one?

Compare these two. The horns are at different angle when the labels are centered.

Phil, yeah, I've noticed that too...

What really strikes me about the Deluxe is the cheesy construction, especially the air horns. They are thin metal which bends easily. The foil labels are cheap and fragile, and the chrome plating is not very good, either.
They are reliable, though!
I have just ordered some foil Trieste 1st stage labels from the same guy. They were designed by JB (thanks again!) and should be done within the week.

John, I can see by the font that that is Phil's first label: the new ones are much, much closer to the original as well as, I'm sure, being on foil Some of the letters I had to completely recreate because I couldn't find anything close enough: it was a lot of fun work JB

I’m in Kenosha Wisconsin for the weekend. I’m sorry to be here without being able to do anything else but the wedding I’m attending. I got a notice that the Trieste labels were delivered today while I was in-flight. Photos to follow!

A wedding in Kenosha this weekend sounds like my version of hell if it’s totally awful and you wanna bail, I’ll be having a dive extravaganza all day tomorrow to beat the heat and you’ve got my address
