What is the best way to remove the rubber from a deteriorated duckbill valve once it has bonded to the sides of the port? Anyone have any tricks? Thanks Ryan

I had the same problem but I peeled it out using a small screwdriver for help.

The best way to get a really stuck duckbill valve out of the case is with a sharp, thin-bladed pocket knife. Solvents probably won't touch it, and are pretty messy too. I've taken a number out in my time, and that is the easiest I've found. Be careful not to cut yourself, and be sure to take the bottom box off the regulator first (don't want a hole in the diaphragm).
