 Oh boy, ain't these swell! They're too boss to leave in the package: I'll tease them out to preserve the swell packaging, but I want to photograph them with some toy fish we got with them at an estate liquidators in Berkeley this afternoon, 5bux! Here's what the package sez: "Multiple Toymakers" Power Prop Sea Sled & Divers, "Send your team of frogmen into action" Also: "Wind propeller with finger until taut-set sled in water and let go" The sled has a counter-weight too! Okay Don, I'll see you tomorrow, be over at ten, you can eat lunch here, bring your army men, they can be the bad guys  Jaybird |

Don, very cool, thanks for sharing! I just love vintage toys, some of them can be way more expensive than diving gear though: I think like old comic books, people would just throw them out when they weren't being use anymore...

You know, I do too. I don't have any comic books left as I was pretty rough on them when I was a kid, but I have squirreled away several years worth of dive mags. The guy with the funky helmet is my favorite so far. I won't be spending a lot, but toy like these are great for my 6 year old and I to enjoy. I'd love to get my hands on a rubber band powered one like the one you have pictured above. If you ever see duplicates out there, let know know  Don |
