I'm not sure if Allan aka simonbeans visits this board but I believe thats his site that you linked to. Jerry is the one wearing the silver suit in the pic about 3/4s the way down the page. He visits these boards from time to time. Karl does too and I believe he's the one in the hard hat. Hopefully one of them will chime in.

Can someone possibly ascertain the brand of wetsuit worn by a certain Joanna in a photo that is part of this gallery? It states that she is wearing "Sportsways" gear, but I have their 1969 catalog and they were not selling wet suits in the 1960s, from what I can tell. Looking at the label on the left shoulder, although it is pretty well obscured, I'd say it was a Parkway wet suit. They apparently are still available. The fins are Sportsways Waterlung Power Fins, and I got a pair for a Christmas present when in high school. I traded them in for original Duck Feet, as I did not like the way they handled in the water and were so stiff I could hardly move them. The mask is an Avalon Purge Mask, that in 1969 sold for $9.25. The backpack with that orange harness was either a Spartsways Campac Non-slip Screw Adjustment, which sold for $31.85 or a Contour-Pacs, which sold for $21.50. The regulator looks like a U.S. Divers Company DA Aquamaster, however, and not the Sportsways Duel Air or Hydro-Twin, which had a very different mouthpiece. John

Well, Joanna's suit does have a Velcro-fastened collar. Has anyone ruled out Harvey's as the brand of wetsuit she's wearing?
