You offer up some excellent points Eb! I was told there are two different methods for making the foam; one is a chemical process, stinky, and the other is to blow CO2 into the matrix while it's being made. I have to say the JMJ wetsuits appear to follow the same gluing lines that the old wetsuits had. I just added a yellow stripe to a JMJ wetsuit and it really looks authentic now.

Unless the water temp. is below 54 degrees, I wear a 3 mil. shorty. Last year, I wore swimming trunks and a t-shirt at Lake Tahoe ... hardly ever wear a wet suit; so, probably not the right person to reply here, huh?
