TEXT I would like to know if anyone knows where I can get the one of the solid one piece ring clamps that hold the two halves of a royal aquamaster together.I want to do away with the box clips and use the same type of clamp that Voit and Healthways used to hold the two halves of there regs together. If there available please tell me where I can get them or do I have to rob them off a voit/healthways. I am also looking for a set of yellow replacement hoses for my 1959 DA aquamaster if anyone has a line on where i can get these it would be well appreciated. thanks Mike p.

The clamp rings were were used on the blue painted Voit 50 Fathoms in the early 1960's and finally used on US Divers regs starting about 1969. They were available earlier than this over the counter but not sold as standard equipment. I think US Divers wanted to make it harder for people to work on their own regulators. Since Healthways uses a larger box- their clamp rings won't work on US Divers/Voits. As far as I know, no one is reproducing these clamp rings yet. But whoevers does start making them will sell quite a few - most people prefer them. Dan
