One thing to keep in mind, you MUST have the long yoke on USD regs for there to be enough room for the banjo to fit. Most of the regs can easily be converted if needs be.

I converted my DX Overpressure Breathing regulator to the long yoke (I still want to write, "yolk"). It is their first attempt (USD) at a single stage regulator, and performance wise, it is unparalleled. I also put longer hoses on it. Here is the longer yoke on my USD Royal Aquamaster, with the banjo fitting. IMG_1448 by John Ratliff, on Flickr My DX Overpressure Breathing regulator: IMG_1254 by John Ratliff, on Flickr John

those long hoses are great, the orig hoses tend to strangle me, very short oddly. thanks all, I finally obtained a banjo fitting and a long yoke.

John, we all have these. Maybe try to think of the yolk as a part of an egg, and a yoke as something that connects, like oxen to a plow.
