Picked this up a few months ago to use a prop for my vintage watch photography habit. Does anyone know about what year(s) this knife is from? Seemed very 70s to me, making it age-appropriate for the Omega SMP600. TIA It's in good nick, but has had the beejeezus polished out of it, with the numbers and writing on the blade all but vanished:

Late 60's early 70's I believe Voit/Swimmaster was bought out by Mares in the mid 70's

Nalu, the photos took a while to download, but the top one looks like an advertisement. I like it! Nice!

Thanks for the info and the compliments! Working on a post-retirement jobby that would keep me outside and in/near the water My apologies for the over-large pics, I'll shrink them down a bit in the future

Memories!! I bought that same knife in 1974 in San Diego after getting out of the navy. Late that same year I purchased the same watch, in Dharhran Saudi Arabia while contacting with Brown & Root. Do you know where I could get a replacement (Omega) rubber band. I replaced it with a LONG velcro one for working, well I lost the original. Thanks, Oh I am in Oak Harbor by the way.
