I'm not sure what years this was made/avail but I used it starting in the 80s until I purchased a dive computer. I bet this little gem works just fine! (whereas my dive computer from the day has long since died and was not intended to be serviced) ;D It's in great condition w/ only 1 or 2 minor scratches on the lense and the chrome is great. I used it on my wrist then in an old 2 guage console. It goes to 500 feet - great for bragging rights I suppose but obviously not a feature I ever tested! ;D It's ScubaPro. Also says SOS on it - perhaps the OEM to ScubaPro? And I believe it's made in Italy. No serial# on it. Anybody have any additional info on this guage?

I have one of those, it works great. The most accurate guage I have is a Tekna 0-230 but I would give the ScubaPro a close second. I use it quite often. It is not vintage but it fits well within my eclectic collection. Nemrod

Not to derail this but I have a question for Nemrod, how do you like the tekna knife in that location, I use a smaller knife there but would like to switch it with the teka but always felt it was too long? Also how did you attach it, the spring clip?

I am using the spring clip with a zip tie to prevent accidental loss. I have carried my knife in the location for years on various rigs. Yeah, it can poke you but the Tekna holster is the type that mounts up high so it is not as much issue as my SeaHawk. When positioned on the left waist harness I just push the holster to the side and let it rest between weights--if any.

I bought one branded as Scubapro in 1969 as my first depth gauge. Unfortunately it was stolen in 1981 along with my DA. I do know that SOS made a model calibrated in meters, since I almost bought one in 1982.

Nemrod Nemrod, Those are very nice looking Voit MR12's you have. Realizing that you like your Phoenix much better, how do they breath? Thanks, JES
