Does any one know the laws about this? At Sub-Progressive Scuba in Ft. Bragg the owner (I forget his name; but, he was friends of Art Helwig, agood friend of mine, who owned Divers Exchange in Alameda) had them on the door to his dive shop. Someone put a No Tresspassing sign on one of my favorite swimming holes which is located on a river. I know that's a big NO-NO!; but don't remember the laws on it. The military can deny access; but, it is pretty much illegal for anyone else to do so. Try dropping anchor off San Clamente Island and when someone shoots at you with an M14 you'll see what I mean. Sometimes they do warn you with a loud speaker before firing. Great place to dive, though. If anyone goes to Ft. Bragg, look on the entrance door to the dive shop, and write down the laws for me so I can post them right under the No Tresspassing sign if anyone tries to enforce the No Tresspassing sign. Thanks, just keep ! just keep ! just keep ! (that song on the Nemo movie keeps going through my head; Andrew watches it almost every night when he goes to sleep) Robert

And the sign said anybody caught trespassing would be shot on sight So I jumped on the fence and yelled at the house, Hey! what gives you the right To put up a fence to keep me out or to keep mother nature in If God was here, he'd tell you to your face, man you're some kinda sinner...
Sign Sign everywhere a sign Blocking out the scenery breaking my mind Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign ...

ok,
Pretty cool post! If you go to Ft. Bragg anytime soon, please stop by the dive store and write down the codes for me. I think they are in the boating laws for coastal waterways; but, should also cover rivers.
Need to make a song out of that!
Thanks!
Robert

I think the last part is from a song, but can't remember where I heard it. Forgive me Robb!

The song is "Signs", was originally record by Five Man Electrical Band in 1972, then rerecorded by Tesla on their Five Man Acoustical Jam in 1991.
