Merry Christmas! Hope Santa brought you all what you wanted most!
We've been needing a new PC monitor, and Santa didn't let us down. It's one of the new ones...wider and flatter than what we had before. Easier on the tired old eyes, but I think I see a problem.
My Website pages are also pretty old...created with Microsoft Word. The background images on most of the pages were made to fit our old monitor screen, but now with the new monitor they don't fit: they are tiled.
I've corrected one so it looks right to me, but I could use some help in finding out how it looks to you. Would you mind going to these links and posting a reply here on how they appear on your monitor; and let me know if that's a standard or wide monitor you have please?
PAGE NUMBER ONE: The background image on this one has been corrected and now appears as a single image that fits my screen without need of scrolling to see it all. Same for you?

PAGE NUMBER TWO: This one has not been corrected, and appears "tiled" (multiple images) on my new monitor. How's it for you?

I'd appreciate (and could sure use) as many replies as possible, to get a good overview of how the site looks to you folks. Need to know if the page background images are single or multiple images; and whether or not you have the "standard" monitor we've all had for years, or one of the newer, wider, flat monitors.
I need the info to determine how to resize the background images on most of my pages so they will look right on the new wider monitors, because I figure that's where the technology will go in the future when the older ones phase out.
Thanks for your help!
Pat
