Linda
Do you have the section in the Navy Manuel for the Royal Aqua Master also? Would like to down load it if you do.
Thanks
Michael

To the best of my knowledge the Navy never used or produced a manual for the Royal Aqua-Master. You can view or download a copy of the Royal Aqua-Master manual from my site by following the link below. www.vintagedoublehose.com/downloads/index.html

Bryan,
Unfortunately, my USN Diving Manual, from which this was taken, was published before the Navy began using the Royal Aquamaster. So I don't have it available.
Saying that, there are only a few changes, in the HP nozzle and a few extra parts on the HP side of things. You should be able to use the US Navy Diving Manual as it is published for the DA Aquamaster to service the Royal Aquamaster. I believe there are a few more O-rings in the HP nozzle, and if you pay attention to the order of disassembly, reassembly should be much the same as the DA Aquamaster.

The adjustment procedures are similar but not exactly the same. The link to the manual I listed above is very complete for the Royal though. If someone wanted to they could download both manuals from my site and compare the Royal to the standard Aqua-Master
