Deep6 here,... new to the community.
I have just acquired a vintage Healthways double hose reg.
Serial # B3693
Any references on dates of manufacture?
Thanks,
Deep6

Hi Deep6, and welcome. Is the regulator you have from Healthways a single hose or double hose regulator. If it's a double hose, is it an original Healthways Scuba (little exhaust holes in the case, and a very thin case, or one of the newer Healthways Scuba regulators? I learned on a Healthways Scuba (original) in 1957 or so, and enjoyed it a lot. I'm now working with one other person here to document the Healthways Scuba regulators, as I have all three models. Concerning the references on dates of manufacture, I can get that later when I get home for the first two models.

Deep6,
The orignal Healthway Scuba regulator was built from 1957 to 1960. The Scuba Deluxe, Blue Label, was from 1960 to 1961. In 1962 Healthways came out with their Scuba Deluxe, Gold Label, which was their best model. The third generation Scuba Deluxe had an air injector pointed down the intake hose, and I think it out-performed the US Divers Mistral. I'm not sure how long they produced the third generation Healthways Scuba regulator.
