I am rebuilding a couple Healthways Scuba Deluxe regs, and was wandering if anyone knows where I can buy an O-ring kit with the main diaphragm included. caveman

I've had a Scuba Delux, and to my knowledge they don't have an O-Ring associated with the main diaphragm.

I didn't see one in my Scuba Delux either, I ment that I was looking for an o-ring kit to rebuild the reg and possibly a new diaphragm also. I will probably put together an o-ring assortment myself and just clean up the diaphragm. caveman

There is only one O-ring, and it's around the main seat. Usually, it doesn't wear at all (doesn't rub on anything--just sits there). A little grease should revitalize it pretty easily. That seat, by the way, is reversible.

Hi John
I took apart my healthways 1511 just need a screw driver, and surprise how simple it is. I realise that the valve plunger in Healthways also can be found in the waterlung single hose regualtor, do you know are they the same part.
Any suggestion on to push out the valve seat and not to damage it

John, thanks for the advice. The reg breathes and I will do as you say. I was supprised to see that it looks like new on the inside. Now if it just breathes well under water. caveman
