Well...the environmentalists won't be happy with this one, will they? Hal Messinger (and his Sea Net company) was the first manufacturer of recreational dive gear in the US. The photodive device mentioned in the opening credits was very similar to Ewa marine camera housings - a bag with a clear lens to film through. Thanks for posting this link. It is an interesting short film and even has a plot to it.
