Just finished reading a YA (Yong Adult) novella called, "Dive":

It's written quite well, and doesn't have the goofy stuff in it to try to get kids interested in it, ya know like Disney
, no talking seahorses... It's more like something from the 1960-70's, in that its story doesn't need something weird added, just four teenagers, two boys, two girls, no romance, and they how interact with each other. It's part of trilogy, so if you want to get a young person interested in scuba, you may want to get these books for them.
