Sam,
You come up with some very, very interesting regulators. No, I have not seen this one either. But it looks to be an upstream, single stage with a DIN fitting. I like the venturi too. It is probably a very easy breathing regulator. Are you going to dive it?

Hi John This regulator do not use a duck bill like the Aqualung, instead it has a round disc with one-way mushroom, it is fitted in the hose near the housing The mouth piece has a steel rod go thru the two wheels, and hold the one-way valve by nut on both end. so the mushroom valve do not has a stem The regulator is very simply, took me two minutes to disassembly the regulator. here is the parts in the chamber but the high pressure seat was missing from the HP block when I got it, so no idea how it look like. I be travelling in HK & China and back end of the month. I will try to modify a HP seat for it and will try it in the pool. Sam

Sam,
I think you will be able to get some kind of seat materials for this regulator.
I would go ahead and put a duckbill valve into it, instead of the mushroom one, as the mushroom valve is not in a good position. By placing the mushroom valve inside the hose, there is a water-filled area. You will need to push that water out with each breath in some positions. Also, it will probably bypass (begin bubbling when you don't breath) in certain positions. I had a mushroom valve in my Trieste II for a little while, and did not like it. The mushroom valve on the Snark III is much better positioned.
Let us know how it performs when you get it into the pool.
John
