Nope, Jethro is using voit gear in the ce-ment pond while practicing to be a toad-man  . there is at least one very good camara angle showing the voit vr1 regulator on jethro's tank. thanks for posting this you-tube link. the hillbillys are a great classic show...... |

I think the one remember most is when he wants to be a movie director: his name was Beef-jerky, but he wanted his friends to call him Jerk... Hmmm, could that Voit be left over from Sea Hunt I wonder?
