1973 film that fetures Healthways Gear. "The Neptune Factor"

I watched this 1973 Sci-Fi/Adventure film today and was pleased to see the actors (Ernest Borgnine, Ben Gazarra) using Healthways Scuba kit, I think they had "Scubair" regs?, but not sure.  The tanks were in fibreglass or plastic (I think?) housings, which I'm guessing was to make it look more "modernistic"?  Not a bad film.
