I know there was a past thread regarding #'s but I have a question, I have 2 Royal AM both with the round label, one has the round indent but also has the rectangle "dent" also, my newer one just is round, when did they stop stamping the rectangles?

www.calclassic.org/Regulator/aqualung.htmlThis site will help 1970: This year a major change in the ID plate occurred. The familiar rectangular shape was changed to a round silver stick-on affair. I finally got one of my own, sorry if I outbid anyone here on it on eBay. I hope my wife never knows what I paid for it. Very late model, clamp ring, long yoke, big plastic yoke knob. Arrived today. Hoses were great but put on my new set and quick release clamps. Duckbill was rotted shut, replaced. MP great. One MP valve bowed, replaced. Had clear plastic cages. IP was 115. Can't wait to get it in the water!

Darn you ;D, no, really I did not bid on it but I kept wanting to. I figure two nice ones was all that I deserve so I hope it does great for you. I put the silicone valves in mine and they have the clear cages and I found NOS duckbills for them so they are very easy breathers. Keep us posted on it. N
