This episode of Assignment Underwater is really great; S01E10 A Matter of Honor...with George (Mr. Sulu) Takei. It features fight scenes where Bill Greer uses good judo techniques, speaks authoritatively about the hazards of rebreathers, and accurately portrays the J-reserve valve. It also shows very good buddy breathing techniques.
