Hi Rudy Mola at Diving Technologies down in Florida, was the US destributor for Nemrod years back and now he runs a scuba service school and he just may have all the parts you need. www.divingtechnologies.com/Ron

When you say "freeflows," I am assuming that the flow is coming through the pressure relief valve, correct? If it is a HP seat problem, this is where it should be freeflowing. But if it is the mouthpiece, where you are getting a freeflow, that's unrelated to the HP seat, and could be junk under the upstream LP seat.

Hi John,
you are right - it is that part that is said to be the third valve - the pressure relief valve. Should be the HP Seat but can´t get any in Europe ;-((

There is an alternative approach, and that is to recondition the original seat itself. If the damage is not great, it is possible to polish these on a marble sharpening stone for sharpening knives (use a good one without gouges). Place an even, straight down pressure on the seat as it is moved over the marble in a circular motion, usually with either water or sharpening oil to lubricate the surface. The grinding takes a long time, an hour or two, as you must polish out all the scratch marks in the seating surface. But with persistence, I've done this with Mistral seats, and it should be possible with the Snark III seat too.
On the other side, the surface that the seat sits on may also need reconditioning (shine a light on it to see if it has defects). This can be done with emery clothe glued onto a pencil which has not been used (flat surface), then twirling the pencil to refinish the seat. Use the finest emery cloth available though.
Be sure to thoroughly clean the seat and surface before using it again. I cannot guarantee that this will work, but if you cannot find find a seat, it may be worth the try.

Hello Frank
The best way is trying to recondition the HP valve for your NEMROD SNARK III SILVER is on the way that is discribed by Jhon. If that not works you can mail me, I have a lot of NEMROD spare parts.

Do you have new or used parts? Can you make up rebuild kits with all the internal rubber parts for the Snark III ?
