OK, those are incredibly boring, but were exciting for me. I did it. Both conversions were major accomplishments.
The Titan did better than the Dacor. I felt the Titan's air delivery was more forceful or the cracking effort was less.
I finished a 3rd Dacor first stage with a second stage drilling that puts the air jet right down the pipe. It also has only two main jets plus one small one. I dry tested it today. It worked well, felt good, but, meh. I'm going to make a larger jet facing the intake horn. I will also make bigger reliefs in the USD LP seat retainer I ended up modding. The LP seat opening could be increased as well.
I really want to devise an adjustable jet for variable venturi......

I'm bringing this one and another one plus a couple Titan II conversions sans cans to the meet. I might not have accommodations for the weekend, but will come down 1 of the 2 days. I hope to dive on that day. I'm thinking I'll dive a Dacor Oly conversion w/o a safe second.
There is a chance I can get my friend's place for both days, so don't count me out.
I will pack up most of my stuff to display, so there will be pictures!

SwimJim just dove one of my Dacor Olympic conversion to DH regs in 37 degree conditions today, and reported it performed very well. It was only a 12 fow dive, but he was well pleased with it. He's taking it on a deep wreck dive and to Fortune Pond next season. Cool!

That's an impressive label... JB, you're an artist!
I wanted to make a tribute label that features John for all he's done for scuba in general. I'll get maybe 25 labels for 1 reg. JB has a Dacor modded reg coming to him, so he'll get one. That's 2. 23 to go.

I have several of the 400s I collected when I was making mine if you need more of them, they really need a new home.

Gotcha! What will you do for diaphragms though.... I have two working C-3's: as they say, you should only dive them one at a time! This one may end up going to my wife so she won't have to worry about things like octo's and SPG's JB
