These have been made for a long time, and are still being made.
I have two Aqua-Scooters for sale. These have been stored for years but was able to get both running with little effort. Rather than fully describe them here, please look on line and watch the video's. They easily pull any diver on the surface or just below with little throttle. About a 3 hour run time on a small tank of gas. New units run close to $4,000. These are $500.00 each and I won't ship, located near Minneapolis St. Paul.
