Considering the prices that USD DH's go for, that doesn't seem at all like a bad price... From the advert it looked like it just needed some 000-steelwool and vinegar to brighten it it up... JB

Dunno, I never have, and I never will, pay more than $50 for an AquaMaster. Ok, $62.47 if it's NIB.

I'm sure the intrepid bargain hunter can find one at that price at a garage sale or whatever, but they are find-able in the $130 all-in range for a core. That should include fairly good hoses and mp. Rebuilds are definitely selling for less than they used to in previous years, though. Getting $275 for a rebuild with new hoses (at a $20 profit) is hard these days.
