It's the whole kit an' kaboodle. For those who don't know about the Airflo, it was designed by Healthways to be a super light wight, no fuss, no muss, no bother kit...

It is missing the optional yoke adapter. With it you could use the reg or pressure tester with a standard yoke valve. See page 7 of 1969 catalog- $9.95

I have everything except the second stage. If anyone has the second stage, I am looking for one. I have seen the second stage paired with a Scubastar first.

So, check out the catalog pages they have listed with it... If you'll notice the artwork is different than the actual reg! I can't help but believe that they were using early drawings of it: this is because I know of at least two cases were the HW catalog said that they would have for sale regulators that never saw the light of day: the Scubamaster DH and the Scubair 1666:
