Only difference is the name and label. In 64 and 65 it was called the Royal Master. The name was changed to Royal Aqua Master in 66.

Actually, there are differences in the nozzle as well. The Royal Master had a different high pressure seat (not drilled as deep for a shorter push pin) and different springs. It had a small diameter spring around the seat shaft and a larger, stiffer main spring then the later Royal AquaMaster. And some had the 3rd spring above the spring block (balance chamber) and some didn't.
