I am looking for suggestions on where I can find a pressure relief valve for an old Cornelius compressor.

Pressure relief valves are pretty standard so you should be able to just buy another one and swap it in. You just need the same thread. Also, you need a way to put a gauge next to it (like a T connection) so that you can set it for the pressure you want it to release at. I'll give a link below. However, you might just need to take apart your existing relief valve and clean it up so that it seals properly. You will still need to set it to the release pressure you desire.I think VintageDiver Terry did exactly that on HIS Cornelius... I think the story on that is on the VDH forum. Pressure Relief Valve
