Just wondering what a Royal Aquamaster without the ID tag might be worth? The serial # is still visible....I was relating this to a Classic Corvette without the original motor....Am I wrong?........Thanks, Keith

Hi Keith
I would guess its an individuals choice, it will still work with out the tag and I'm sure there will be some crafty fella out there working on stamping replacement ID tags soon because it looks like there doing everything els now.

Is it a round label, they had the serial number engraved on the rear box and square labels I think had it on the square ID plate. Missing the label is a pretty big deal and especially for the square label units since that carries the serial number. Any sort of names or other things inscribed by former owners would also lessen the value. It could cut the value by half compared to an equal unit with the correct decals and ID plate. Just my guess because I am not any way expert on this. James

Assuming it is a round label, last one I saw on ebay missing the plate (4 months ago??) went for under $200, with the label they have been going between $300-$500 depending on yoke style.
