I find myself with excess Conshelf 1st stages that I want to build into full sets of loaner gear.... I have basically everything but the main box in replacement parts, so condition isn't critical. I'll happily trade any parts I have spares of or anything I can make.

Respectfully, James Choose your type... about 1969-1970 model uses screws to attach exhaust tee, later ones used the more difficult slip-on type tee with larger outlets. I have NOS tees to fit either. Also have new diaphragms, two types of levers (one is conventional all-metal, other has Teflon tip), Silicone exh valves, etc. Probably still have some new clamp rings and maybe front covers. These look a little dingy from 30-40 years in parts bins. I should have rinsed them off, but they are in nice or almost new (or new) condition:  |

Honestly, Conshelfs have become my go to for loaners and putting together sets for friends learning to dive on a budget... due to that, I'll probably always be on the lookout for more. I currently have first stages to support 4 more seconds that what I have/have inbound.
The best, in my opinion, are the later screw on T versions with the large exhaust... after that I'd go newest with the access plug on the side (a la Conshelf 14), newer without access plug (Conshelf XIV, XII, etc.), then small exhaust screw on T's (Conshelf VI, etc.).
Let me know if you have anything you'd be willing to take parts trades for!
