No self respecting vintage tech diver would venture into the deeep withut a light but until recently I had nothing but silly modern lights that look like laser guns. Well, I did have a homemade cave light I made in about 1974 (heavy) and I also have two of the older Ikelite Modular Super Lights which I think are vintage qualified but now I have a Bug Diver. Does anyone know much about these, the various models and for that matter any vintage type dive lights, store bought or otherwise. The original style Ikelite Modular lights are tough and bright, sources for bulbs for them. They were sealed beams.

You mean the old Darryl Allen "Bug Light" that used 10 D-cells?
