Here's a fun one directed by Roger Corman, "Creature from the Haunted Sea", from 1961. Lots of silly fun and wordplay and early USD equipment JB

Eb, let me know what you think: it's very silly. They use Aquamatics and DA's? I could swear though, that I saw for the briefest of flashes either a Scubair or Scuba Star... Kinda made me want to get an Aquamatic for maybe three minutes JB

Jaybird, I think one of your many callings in life is to buy a derelict cinema from the 30's to 60's, restore it and have screenings of films like this...*
*I'd guess that somewhere, if not several places, in the Bay Area, this is already a thing? Mark.

It is kfjc.org/events/psychotronix "The Psychotronix Film Festival shows only 16mm films, the vinyl of visuals, an archaic medium that brings us wondrous images of a near forgotten time. Antiquated commercials, neglected cartoons, previews from old movies, various short subjects which may have been intentionally educational then that are now just unintentionally funny."JB
