I’m sure this is a long shot, but does anyone have a few tank stands they would like to sell? These are the two that I have and it would be great to have a couple more.

What's it cost to buy something like that? They'd be easy to make; a little gas for the OA torch and a buzz box. Stainless steel; annealed Copper "grounding rod" and some of that non-ferrous "braze anything" rod; or mild steel, but the latter would have to be painted or powder coated to avoid rust. How about a long wooden shelf made out of a long 2X10 with appropriately-sized holes spaced maybe a foot apart that a few inches of the lower end of the tanks could stand upright in? No welding or shipping required, and just about everybody has, can get, or can use a jig saw. Is that one on the right a winebottle, by any chance?

I’m sure it would be easy enough for someone with the right tools and the talent, however I have neither. I’ve even thought about having some made, but it would be cool to have some originals if possible.
Good idea on the wooden rack, and that’s a possibility. I’m wanting these for a vintage scuba class that I will be offering soon, so maybe a couple of wooden racks fitting two tanks each might work.
None of my 72s are wine bottle. If they were I’d have already sold them to you. 😀

Ty, Can you show me a couple of views of the wire one on the right, esp., how they attached/welded/whatever'd the third leg at the bottom? These should be easy to make. I could use some too!

Thanks. 1/4" cold rolled steel bent to shape and welded/brazed in the center. Not too hard to make, with a jig. I'm not volunteering, but they are cake.

What I'd do is make a 1/8" thick steel center disk (a washer'd work) 2-3" in diameter, cut with 3, 1/4" slots. Then, I'd bend the 1/4" cold rolled to shape, and braze the legs to the center disk.

Just so I understand, how many stands do you need, why don't you make them yourself, how much would you pay for one, and how much would you pay to ship one, since the box is going to be pretty big...?
